In April 2012, embody zen joined Friends of the Urban Forest, a non profit organization that promotes a larger, healthier urban forest as part of San Francisco's infrastructure through community planting, tree care, education, and advocacy. Each time you book an embody zen service you are donating to Friends of the Urban Forest to keep San Francisco's streets green + our air clean!

It is with humble hands I welcome you into this secret sanctuary created with care over the last 10 years. The spa house was a natural evolution. When you're working in the spa industry for a decade it seems building a sanctuary at home can become a subconscious action. Stemming from the desire to feel the sense of calm and serenity at home as experienced at the spa, over the years the living room became a lounge, the guest room became a dedicated spa room and the bedroom became a private oasis. It wasn't until my friend coined it "the spa house" did I finally see through others eyes what had evolved. I look forward to sharing it with you and offering you a place to take care of yourself from the outside in.
